Mango Buttercream Cake

Untuk basic cakenya,:

For the Cake
2 1/4 cups cake flour / tepung serba guna
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt / garam
1 ¼ cups whole milk or buttermilk / bisa dibuat dari 1 cup susu + 1 sdt perasan lemon, didiamkan dulu
4 large egg whites / putih telur
1 ½ cups sugar / gula
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest ==> dihilangkan supaya rasa mangganya lebih dominan
1 stick (8 tablespoons or 4 ounces, = 225 gram) unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ teaspoon pure lemon extract

Untuk fillingnya (3 layer), pake simple syrup dan BC yang sudah dimodifikasi sbb:
For the Buttercream
1 cup sugar / gula
4 large egg whites / putih telur
3 sticks (12 ounces = 675 gram) unsalted butter, at room temperature
¼ cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 large lemons) ==> diganti daging mangga cincang halus
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Untuk topping: pake whipcream
