Cheese & Ham MUFFIN

Bahan :

1-3/4 cups self-raising flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup greated Cheddar Cheese *
1/2 cup chopped ham
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Brush oil into bottoms only of twelve 6 cm muffin tin.
2. Sift flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and stir in cheese and ham. In a small bowl combine egg, milk and melted butter and mix well. Add liquids all at once to flour mixture.
3. Stir gently with fork until all dry ingredients are just moistened. Batter should look quit lumpy.
4. Spoon butter into each muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Loosen muffins with spatula and remove at once to a wire rack. Serve warm
